Monochrome Magic

Mad for Monochrome!

When it comes to modern fashion it is common knowledge that opposites do attract. This was and still is clear when considering the colour blocking trend which has been so popular over the last few years. However this season, those opposites are black and white paired together to create monochrome magic. Black and white are the perfect contrast colours and are extremely easy to wear. This trend is based around classic basics which give an instant look that is effortlessly chic and oozes sophisticated glamour.

This trend has been popular on the runways of Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren - just to name a few. It has also been popular on the red carpets seen on the likes of Jessica Alba, Beyonce and Alicia Keys!


On another note, I really need to thank blogging for introducing me to all the hidden gems which we have used as shoot locations over the last 7 months. As a life long Sydney sider its easy to forget or over look what this city has to offer, like this location near King Street Wharf, in the middle of the CBD which is surprisingly surround by beautiful modern architecture and sculptures.

    It's amazing how the outfit leaves quite a bit of skin bare and still seem bussinesslike! (With the jaquet on)

    Did you match the zippers on the top and jaquet, and the gems on the ring and clutch on purpose? Love the details!
