Turquoise & Tangerine

(Pants by Finders Keepers, Top by Sheinside, Jacket by Random Asian Store (hehe), Heels & Ring by Dotti, Necklace by Colette by Colette Hayman, Watch by Michael Kors & Clutch by ASOS).

Just a dash of Turquoise & Tangerine, please?

-----------------------------
Finally! a convenient day to take photos. The weather is a cool 20 degrees, the sun is shining and Matt & I are not working opposite shifts. I really have to thank Matt/boyfriend/'artistic director'/amateur photographer/amazing person in general for putting up with this new hobby of mine.

I planned this outfit around these pants by 'Finders Keepers' from The Iconic. In the week I have owned them, I've worn them 3 times! They are similar to the palazzo pant that I'm seeing a lot this season, but with a bit of cheeky leg giving them that extra edge. Also, I like them because they remind me of a sort-of-reverse "Ao dai" (vietnamese traditional dress), which is basically a floor length dress with two slits up the sides and pants underneath. Just a little nod to my Vietnamese heritage.

This outfit also incorporates two things that I am completely obsessed with at the moment: anything and everything orange and my new Michael Kors watch! In the past few weeks I have obtained a pretty impressive orange collection consisting of belts, jewellery, shoes, skirts and lipstick.  I just can't get enough! the perfect bright in this season of rainbow colours. Also, I love, love, LOVE my Michael Kors watch! I wear it with absolutely everything and it only leaves my wrist during showers and sleep. The oversized gold watch is essential!!

Floral Fetish

(1 & 20 Blackbirds Top, Ally leather skirt, Marc by Marc Jacobs Bag, Micheal Kors Watch, Tony Bianco heels, Sheike Belt & Bardot Ring)
Exploring the backstreets of Newtown

----------------------------------
I confess... Im falling in love with florals! Maybe its the unseasonably warm weather thats making me feel the need to pay homage to Spring.  I am also loving the colours of this 1 & 20 Blackbirds Top! Prints incorporating a multitude of colours are always great because it means you can wear it in so many different ways, whether it be with a neutral or using one of the colours as a base. Today I decided on this faux-leather skirt to contrast with prettiness of the top.
Just on a side note I ordered this top along with a few accessories from www.theiconic.com.au on Monday, and for only $5 it arrived from Surry Hills to Menai in less than 3 hours! AH-MAH-ZING! Needless to say I was throughly impressed. No more waiting 7 days, 3 days or even 24 hours for my delivered goodies!

Cool & Collect

(ASOS leotard, Micheal Kors Watch, Forcast Harem Pants & Mimco heels)
Welcome to Sydney winter!
————————————–
A rare beautiful winter’s day today – I couldn’t not take advantage of it!
I am loving these harem pants from forcast! The colours are amazing!
Actually a lot of the clothing at Forcast has gotten more fashion forward over the last 6 months. It’s no longer just the place to get an affordable suit for that job interview you have next week. They’re definately incorportating a lot of bold and vibrant colours and prints these days. Definitely check it out for yourself!

Urban Safari

(Forcast ‘Delia Anorak Jacket’ , ZARA Jeans, Mimco ‘Metal Button Zip Top’ Bag, Sportsgirl Scarf, Sportsgirl Belt, Peeptoe Ring & Wittner ‘Neros’ Suede Boots)
Exams are over – time for a new post!!
—————————————–
I really love this look! I feel like I’m going on safari, but instead of searching for animals, I am searching for bargains!
It’s getting seriously chilly in Sydney! It was pouring rain 30 minutes before we decided to take these photos around Matt’s complex. At least if it started to rain again we could quickly run inside and rug up. My fingers were crossed for a sunny winters day, but the I think the  gloomy weather actually added to the photos in the end!
By the way, I am absolutely obsessed with the donut bun – It’s so easy and makes any outfit that extra bit chic!

Midnight

(ZARA Shoes,  Forcast ‘Joanna One Button Jkt’, Forever New White Top & Crepe Pants,  Forever 21 Necklaces x 2, Valleygirl Belt & ASOS  Envelope Clutch)

Hello there!!!
This is officially my first ever blog post!
I started this blog to share my obsession with shopping, sales & fashion!
(but also because the most of the people in my life are sick of listening to my stories about how much I saved on my leopard loafers by buying online) – But I hope YOU will enjoy!
—————————————–
I got these two Forever 21 necklaces last year when I was visiting my sis in the UK. One I wore constantly and the other (a cluster of hanging gold chains) was left unworn for one whole year! Although I attempted to wear it several times, I just found it so incredibly difficult! it always clashed or looked too busy with any outfit I wore. Finally, I realised I needed to keep it simple – a plain white top to complement the statement necklace. Well, as unbelievable as it may be, the perfect plain white top is actually pretty hard to find!
Two months later I was trying on these awesome black crepe pants (on sale – BOOM!) and the girl helping me suggested I try it on with a white top, so I did. She handed over this pretty average plain loose hanging top. But when I tried it on it realised that I was a shiny/satin-esque material – I quickly fell in love! I then made another important discovery – also on sale! (BOOM BOOM!). I knew my long search had finally come to an end.
